Have we mentioned how much of a blessing our
church is? Some great friends of ours helped to start an Orphan Care Ministry at our church. This was started to raise awareness of the need to care for orphans and give support. The ministry also started a fund that was set up through Lifesong that will match donations up to $500. The first orphan care meeting was this summer and just recently we had a ladies night. It was great getting to meet other women who are in the process of adopting. There were ladies who are at all stages of the adoption process, from a lady who has grown adopted children to people who are contemplating the adoption process. It was wonderful being able to share our hearts with each other. The next event will be for the ladies and gentlemen December 14th "Funding Your Adoption". It is so exciting to have a church filled with people who are passionate about sharing the gospel in the way of adoption. What a blessing!
